Self Reliance

The Self is unknown,
even to
itself.

Yet it thirsts for
Influence,
starves for
Inspiration
about what to be,
yearns to
Define
itself.

But every day it evolves.
It can never be laid out
in mere
Words.

So why do we always try
to box our Selves into
unchanging boundaries
that will never
fit
?
